Don't wash every wear. Instead, opt to wash it once every few wears to keep yarn at its best quality.

instead, pat dry with a towel
DO NOT hang, this will stretch the yarn out
instead, lay flat on towels to dry (the best way to speed up the process is to soak up as much of the water after washing by patting with a towel)
